What is Elemodo Radio?
Streaming apps give you playlists. Radio gives you company. Elemodo Radio brings back the feel of a great morning show, except every song comes from your own Apple Music library and every word from the host is about your day, your town, and your interests.
Start your station in the morning and the host greets you with the weather, a quick take on the news you follow, and a run of your favorite music. Ask for a change and the DJ answers. Ask for a quick podcast about anything and it shows up in your stream a few minutes later.
How's it work?
1. Connect Apple Music
Sign in with your Apple Music account and Elemodo Radio learns your taste from the music you already own and play the most.
2. Shape your station
Pick your hosts and their personalities, set the show schedule, and tell the station which topics, feeds, and interests it should talk about between songs.
3. Turn it on
Listen on your iPhone or Mac, at your desk or in the car. Your station is always on, always fresh, and never plays the same hour twice.
Features
Your music, your station
The rotation is built from your Apple Music library and listening history: heavy play for the songs you love, deep cuts you forgot you had, and discoveries that fit right in.
Hosts with personality
Build a cast of DJ personas and give each a time slot: a chatty two-host morning show, a music-first afternoon, a mellow evening voice. You set the schedule.
Your day, between songs
Weather on your way out the door, headlines from the feeds you choose, a nod to the holiday or the weekend ahead. Short, timely, and about your world.
Podcasts on demand
Curious about something? Ask for a five-minute deep dive on any topic and your station researches it, writes it, and plays it for you when it's ready.
A station for everyone
Give every member of the family their own station from their own library, with kid-safe filters that keep the music, the hosts, and the topics age-appropriate.
A DJ that takes requests
Tell your station "more like this song" or "switch to something mellow" and the host acknowledges it on air and steers the music, right then.
Radio that knows you
Elemodo Radio is in early access. All you need is an Apple Music subscription, and your station takes it from there.
